What confounders / limitations matter when generalizing this RCT?

Strong internal validity from randomization, but external validity needs care: the primary endpoint was symptomatic disease over a limited follow-up, the population had its own demographics, and durability/variants weren't yet observable. Reading it as 'efficacy against symptomatic disease, short-term' keeps the claim honest.
